POLICY                INFORMATION

  • 40% lower upfront cost on purchase of new access system only (not including ID product);


  • ​Complete Passport Technologies firmware package including: Local Database and  Network Check in Screen;


  • ​Up to 30% discount on any subsequent hardware purchases from Passport Technologies (not including ID product);


  • ​No charge automatic firmware updates (all new features and fixes) and no charge technical support throughout the lifecycle of the Software Interface and Control Module;


  • ​Two (2) year warranty on all parts and labour for new systems;


  • ​Monthly recurring API access fee charged by cloud-based provider (if applicable)

Variable depending on system configuration, number of locations and cost of any monthly fees charged by the cloud-based software provider: API access, Data overages, etc. (if applicable). Please note that the recurring monthly fee charge will be applied starting on the date that the invoice is produced by Passport Technologies regardless of when the system is integrated

    All Passport Technologies Service and Support fee plans are applicable upon order and throughout the lifecycle of the system or throughout the entire integration period with the cloud-based software, whichever is shorter. The minimum term for the recurring fee is one (1) full year starting on the date of the original invoice, regardless of system integration status. NOTE: Cancellation of the Passport Technologies recurring Service and Support fee will result in the cancellation of the integration with the cloud-based software provider as well. A $25.00 fee will be applied following declined payments and a reintegration charge of $95.00 will be applied.

Cancellation of any Passport Technologies Service and Support plan requires 30-day written notice to support@passporttechnologies.com. NOTE: Cancellation of the Passport Technologies recurring Service and Support fee plan will result in the cancellation of the integration with the cloud-based software provider and client will be responsible for the remaining balance of the (1) year period, if cancelled prior to the end of the (1) year term contract.

    All Passport Technologies Service and Support fee plans are applicable upon order and throughout the lifecycle of the system or throughout the entire integration period with the cloud-based software, whichever is shorter. The minimum term for the recurring fee is two (2) full years starting on the date of the original invoice, regardless of system integration status. NOTE: Cancellation of the Passport Technologies recurring Service and Support fee will result in the cancellation of the integration with the cloud-based software provider as well, a $25.00 fee will be applied following declined payments and a reintegration charge of $95.00 will be applied.
